The Silver glitter Tin Man hat comes with an elastic strap sized for the age of person wearing it. The overall hat is about 4.5 - 5 inches tall and 2.5 - 3 inches wide. Not a full sized hat like the Tinman wears. All of our hats in our shop are small accessories for the top of your head. Hats sizes are all the same, elastic length is adjustable for the age of the person wearing it.
