Cinnamoroll and Axolotl

Cinnamoroll crown, we would like the character on the crown if possible - baby blue glitter with a white glitter trim - number 8 on the crown.  

axolotl theme.  Would it be possible to have a pink axolotl on the party hat?  Even just the face would be fine.  She would like a party hat - bubblegum glitter with baby blue pom trim - number 6 on the hat - maybe a coordinating pink or blue pom on top
