Bluey or Bingo Hat

Bluey and Bingo hats are made on the larger hat as pictured with the option for either a Glitter hat or Felt. Faces are handmade so each will vary slightly.

Party hats and crowns are attached to a comfortable elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears. Tilt to the side for a fun, whimsical look!
